Today
We supply furniture stores, kitchenware dealers, hardware stores, building materials dealers and service companies in a wide range of industries from large to small.
Our customers for our food contact products include the meat industry, bakeries and supermarkets.
As a contract injection moulding company, we also manufacture various products for industrial customers. Here we respond to individual wishes and concerns of our customers and support their projects.
In the area of promotion, we personalize a widerange of advertising products with our partners.
1994
Takeover BEKAFORM
In 1994, the German BEKAFORM Kunststoffproduktion GmbH was fully taken over and managed as an independent subsidiary of Teko-plastic.
Customers on the German market as well as in the Benelux countries could be served directly. The developments of the time have made it possible to have a central administration from Austria for the service of European customers. Since the 1990s we have expanded our sales to Eastern Europe and now we supply customers in more than 11 European countries.
1980
Specialisation
In the 1980s, we specialized from packaging containers to the production of household items made of plastic.
From buckets, baskets, bowls, tubs and many practical kitchen aids, our range extends to various shelves and boxes for space-saving storage. Current trends on the market are just as standard as our high quality for many years.
1971
Our new location
The original location in the city centre of Weiz had tobe abandoned in 1971 due to lack of space. Afterseveraladditions in the production and storage area, the new company premises with an area of 18,000m² in Predingnear Weiz is still the headquarters ofthe company today and is constantly beingmodernized.
Projects such as the energy recovery of waste heatand the use of solar energy are examples thatarecontinuously implemented and contribute not onlyto meeting environmental standards but alsotoimplementing additional environmentally friendlymeasures in our region.
1961
Our Founding
Teko-plastic Kunststoffwerk E. Schröck GmbH was founded in 1961 by Erich Schröck and Theo Koblischek in Styria. The Weizer company is still owned by the family and has been managed by Theo Koblischek jr. since 2006.
We started with the production of packaging containers and quickly expanded our range to include household items, plastic bottles and plastic canisters. In the 1980s, we specialized in plastic household items and created a second leg as a wages platter.
